Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the website deskup-shop.com, accessible at https://www.deskup-shop.com.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website on the day the user consults it.
Each product is subject to a detailed description. Photographs are as accurate as possible but have no contractual value.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included), excluding delivery charges.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applied shall be the one in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once the order has been validated and payment completed, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer or non-payment.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Transactions are secured through the payment services provided by Shopify.
6. Delivery
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
Estimated delivery times are 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.
These delivery times are provided for information purposes only. No refund may be claimed in the event of delays beyond the seller’s control.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
8. Returns and Refunds
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer must contact customer service at contact@deskup-shop.com before making any return.
After validation, an exchange or refund will be offered.
9. Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
The seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
10. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for order management.

11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the seller.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
